1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Noble Intel Hub

Noble Intel Hub is a hotel booking service. We partner with independently operated hotels across Nigerian cities — currently Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja — and provide the online platform for searching, booking, and paying for rooms at those properties. The stay itself is delivered by the partner hotel.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to make a booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking Policy

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed (or, for bank transfers, once your proof of payment has been reviewed and approved by our team). Room availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via Paystack, Flutterwave, or direct bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment cannot be verified.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Check-in / Check-out Policy

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. A valid photo ID matching the booking name is required at check-in.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat hotel staff, property, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service, without refund, for guests who violate hotel rules, engage in illegal activity, or cause damage to property.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or functionality
• Creating bookings using false identity or payment information
• Reselling bookings made through our platform without authorization

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the Noble Intel Hub name, logo, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Noble Intel Hub and may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

We strive for accuracy in all room descriptions, pricing, and availability, but do not guarantee that all information on the platform is error-free at all times. Room photos are representative and actual rooms may vary slightly.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Noble Intel Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your stay, beyond the amount paid for the relevant booking.

13. Referral Program

Referral rewards are issued as vouchers once a referred guest completes their first confirmed stay. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire as stated in your account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
